Custom Ruger 77/22

A fun conversion from Z-Hat Custom.  The Popular Ruger 77/22 Hornet can be easily converted to shoot either the 22 K-Hornet, or the 17 Ackley Hornet.  If you looking for a low noise, low recoil varminter, this is it!

It's pretty simple, for the K-Hornet we simply rechamber the factory rifle and test fire with the new ammo.  Cost is $125 plus conversion of the magazines for $30 each.  Magazines must be modified to feed the fatter case or they will only hold and feed about 3 rounds.

Conversion to the 17 Ackley Hornet is almost as simple.  The main difference is the need to rebarrel the rifle for 17 caliber. 

It is a good idea to send along all the magazines you plan to use whether K-Hornet, or 17 Ackley Hornet.   We can convert them for you anytime at $30 each.

A 77/22 in 22 Magnum can be converted to 17 HMR for about $175.  Stainless, $205    
In fact, many folks keep the old barrel and have a switch barrel gun.
